i knew i might too young to all you guys.
but they're my clients.
i have to take all responsibilty to them because i am the person who promise them we will take care on quality.
i have to answer all their questions, and suffer all their damn abuse....

why i have to cover all this for you guys?
and you guys always don't want to improve.....
